Originally from Deán Funes, the 'Pearl of Northern Córdoba' in the interior of Córdoba Province, Argentina.

Sociable and dreamy since childhood, I started my first ecological group with friends from town when I was 12.

Life wasn’t a straight line for me. It was more like a path with curves, pauses, detours, and new beginnings.

“Organizations are not machines, they are living organisms.”
Made up of people who have their own cycles (of learning, of life and of processes) as they grow within a company or organization.

My path

Looking back, every stage, every search, every attempt, every venture, was a silent preparation. As if something greater were arranging the pieces, sowing lessons so that today regeneration could bloom within me with meaning.

My journey began at a very young age with the volunteer group La Sachetera Córdoba, where we sewed sleeping bags for people experiencing homelessness using thermally sealed milk poulches. Later, I got involved in environmental education using ecoladrillos (eco-bricks), teaching in schools and the community. All of this was driven by a deep curiosity to understand human systems, collective learning, and conscious transformation.

In Freyre, I created my first volunteer group at age ten focused on environmental education, working with wonderful people by uniting civil society, schools, and public agencies. This path led me to create Buen Vivir Consulting, where I practiced Environmental Management, and later, to discover organizational regeneration as an approach that integrated my history, my purpose, and my professional practice.

Track record

Ecoproyectos Freyre

I founded the first environmental education volunteer group in Freyre: 10 years bringing together civil society, schools, and public agencies. Looking back, I realize that volunteering has always been my essence. For a long time, it was my natural social role: building community. That journey as a volunteer became the fertile ground that nourished my professional path.

  • Capra Course: The Systems View of Life

My approach

“I believe in regeneration as a practice that emerges when we learn to observe our systems, putting life at the center, holding processes of change and building the future from shared meaning.”

Belén Vera

From systems thinking I learned that focusing on people means caring for our closest environment , caring for our mental, physical and emotional health in daily life, including the role we play in our work; seeking personal and professional well-being to strengthen organizations… and from there, the ecosystem.

My approach seeks to strengthen coherence, adaptive capacity and the creation of more conscious, humane and living organizational cultures.

Shall we talk?

Every process begins with a pause to listen to what needs attention. Let's talk?.
